Saboteurs Blow Up Turkish Pipeline, Interrupting Iranian Supply

Reuters reported that saboteurs have blown up a pipeline in Eastern Turkey, carrying natural gas to Iran, injuring 28 people and interrupting gas supply.

As quoted in the market report:

The overnight attack, less than a week after gas flow was restarted following a previous attack, prompted Russia’s top natural gas producer Gazprom to increase its gas supplies to Turkey to offset the shortfall.
