GAIL won rights to retail CNG in 2 cities

State gas utility GAIL India announced that it has won the rights to retail CNG and piped cooking gas in two cities Kota and Dewas in Rajasthan, while its joint venture with Hindustan Petroleum upset Reliance Industries to emerge top contender with another city.
