Obama ‘Shines’ Natural Gas
In Fitzman vernacular “to shine” means to ignore, blow-off, or “diss”. Which is exactly what Obama did when he delivered his first major policy speech on energy since becoming our Commander-in-Chief: Obama “shined” natural gas.
