Canadian Phoenix Announces the Completion of the Plan of Arrangement by Serrano Energy Ltd.
CANADIAN PHOENIX RESOURCES CORP.(TSX VENTURE:CXP)reported that Serrano Energy Ltd. has completed its previously announced plan of arrangement with Baytex Energy Ltd. pursuant to an arrangement agreement between Serrano and Baytex.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Canadian Phoenix Resources Corp. is a publicly-traded junior oil and gas exploration, development and production company with operations in Western Canada. Canadian Phoenix’s shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “CXP”.
