Americas Petrogas Has Begun Production in Medanito Sur

Americas Petrogas Inc.(TSX VENTURE:BOE) reported that the company has begun producing oil from its Medanito Sur operation in the Neuquen basin, Argentina.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Americas Petrogas put into production the three drilled and completed wells. Initial production from these wells is in the range of 450-475 barrels per day of sweet crude oil (30 degree API). This commencement of production allows Americas Petrogas to start crude oil sales, represents the beginning of a long-term test of the wells to evaluate their performance and to formulate development plans for Medanito Sur.
