Nexstar Energy completes Arrangement With Result Energy
Nexstar Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NXE.A) reported that the company has completed its previously announced Arrangement with Result Energy Inc, pursuant to a Plan of Arrangement.
The press release is quoted as saying:
At the Special Meeting of the shareholders of Nexstar which was held on February 16, 2010, the Arrangement was approved by over 99% of the votes cast by shareholders. Final approval from the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta was also received today.
